"I only stayed a night at this hotel, so I'll comment on my limited experience. The lobby has a bar/eatery area, but no draft beers, which was disappointing. The one locally brewed bottled beer I had was over $10. Reception was ok, with the person behind the desk appearing untrained on basic check-in operation. Had to call over another helper, presumably the manager to assist. Room was clean in appearance, but the thermostat was locked out. This is an annoyance..."

"Josey is amazing. Her customer service was impeccable. Seeing that I was frazzled, my flight got canceled, Josey booked a room for me while I was on the phone with the airline. She never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The hotel overlooks the cruise port. It was very quiet. It is close to downtown and the airport. There is a supermarket right next door, and a few restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely be staying there..."

TV was great, loved that we could sign into Netflix, YouTube, etc… Bed….. like sleeping on a stone! Worst bed we ever slept in. The hotel was perfect until we went to bed. Woke up in pain"

"Great hotel. The parking is kind of weird which is the only reason I am giving it 4 stars. They gave me a key card that I had to give back every time I went to park. Very surprising considering. But overall a nice stay and a great location."
